Kent Homes is accepting applications for a
Production Manager.
The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and demonstrate a willingness to work in a fast-paced ever-changing atmosphere. The candidate must be hardworking, a self-starter and team player with a strong work ethic.

Duties:
·
Planning and organizing production schedules
·
Assessing project and resource requirements
·
Working closely with sales and engineering on upcoming projects
·
Manage meetings related to process or product changes
·
Working closely with other departments to ensure production processes are followed
·
Negotiating timelines or schedules as necessary with relevant stakeholders
·
Supporting improvement projects originating from or affecting the production line
Qualifications:
·
University degree or equivalent work experience
·
5-7 years in Construction
·
3-5 years in Management
