The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a dynamic team environment, or independently, self-motivated with excellent interpersonal communication skills.Responsibilities Include:The primary role of the Production Coordinator is to support our clients, our team, and partners, by producing quality, timely, and impactful projects on budget, and on-client expectations.• Responsible for coordinating jobs throughout the production process, from file submission to delivery of the final product• Communicate with customers, sales reps, estimating, accounting, and production, working alongside design, prepress, press, bindery, and shipping departments• Establish timelines and schedule projects as they move through the print process to ensure customer expectations are met.• Analyze and compare specifications from estimating to determine appropriate and accurate production plans.• Build collaborative relationships with our internal teams and outside partners, always keeping the end customer’s best interest and company profitability front of mind.• Capturing change orders and client requests in addition to changes in production plans.• Other projects as assigned by your supervisor.Requirements:• 4+ years of Commercial print production experience with a deep understanding of Pre-Press impositions, Digital, Offset, Inkjet, Bindery, and Finishing.• Experience with Heat Set Web offset is preferred.• You are reliable and possess a positive attitude and look forward to working in a culture that promotes collaboration.• You a well-organized, have excellent communication skills, and have the desire to work with an excellent team of professionals. • You can prioritize, and maintain focus in a busy environment, often changing priorities as needed to meet customer expectations.• You have experience with, and knowledge of ERP Systems, along with advanced use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), • Experience with Microsoft Business Central - Print Vis preferred.• You have a thirst for knowledge and learn quickly, and efficiently. The salary range is $65,000-$75,000/year commensurate with experience, extended benefits package, and pension plan.
