Our client is an award-winning venture studio team of designers, engineers, and product innovators. In addition to building their own products, they work with global brands and entrepreneurs to create net-new digital products in areas across sports, automotive, healthcare, fitness, and more!As a Product Support Manager, you'd be building bridges across product development and business operations, helping to establish processes as the team grows!Responsibilities:Work with cross-functional teams, especially product managers, to standardize processes and methodologies, build bridges between product development and business operations, and automate processesCreate and update materials and documentation, including training and implementation documentsCommunicate with clients and customers to provide insights to the product team as well as other internal and external stakeholdersRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field2+ years in operations, support, product, customer success, or related fieldsProven experience automating and establishing processes and operationsExperience contributing to the design, development, or management of software applicationsStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsEffective communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent presentation skills with the ability to drive consensus and build strong client relationshipsA flexible, driven, highly-organized and self-starter personalityAbility to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative, and constantly changing workplaceSolid understanding of Design Thinking and Lean Startup methodologies
