We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Product Specialist to join our client’s team, a medical company specializing in the field of ophthalmic surgeries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing in-servicing and technical support in the operating room within hospitals in the region of Quebec and Atlantic. This role demands a quick learner who can master sophisticated technology and demonstrate exceptional responsiveness and a strong sense of urgency. The Product Specialist must be self-driven and customer-focused, ensuring the highest level of service and support to medical professionals, ensuring optimal use and understanding of surgical ophthalmic devices.
Skills and qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Biomed Eng or Business.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or product specialist role.
Experience with ophthalmic devices is a plus.
Strong ability to learn and understand complex medical technology.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
A must:
Quick and responsive, with a strong sense of urgency.
Self-driven and able to work independently.
Customer-focused with a passion for surgical procedures.
Willingness to work many hours in OR.
Flexible for extensive travelling, 70% or more (Quebec/Atlantic)
