We are among the largest conditioning, handling, and packaging automated equipment suppliers in the world — whether for nutrition, agriculture, organics or industrial products.Your future roleManage the entire lifecycle of a product portfolio, from initial market introduction to end-of-life management, coordinating all stages and associated activities.Strategically plan the development and direction of the product portfolio, taking into account customer needs and demands, as well as market trends.Lead the product development and maintenance process, collaborating with design, development and manufacturing teams to ensure quality and customer satisfactionOversee the execution of projects related to the product portfolio, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets and objectivesDevelop an effective go-to-market strategy for each product, identifying appropriate distribution channels, defining pricing and developing promotional and communication plansCarry out in-depth competitor analysis to understand product market positioning and identify potential opportunities and threatsEnsure rigorous financial management of the product portfolio by developing and monitoring budgets, assessing costs and revenues, and taking corrective action where necessaryEnsure compliance with quality standards and regulations applicable to all products in the portfolio, working closely with compliance and quality teamsActively manage relationships with sales teams, key decision-makers and product opinion leaders, ensuring strong links and mutual understanding of objectives and prioritiesRequired skillsTraining in a related field and equivalent experience of around seven yearsExperience in a multinational companyPassion for commercial relationshipsMastery of marketing fundamentals and product portfolio lifecycle processesInterpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office software - mainly Outlook and ExcelCommunication skills in English and French and/or Spanish - both oral and writtenYour work environmentThe Premier Tech Campus in Rivière-du-Loup, our World Headquarters where 1,500 team members work.The lifestyle of our team members resembles that of Silicon Valley leaders: small cafés, a Premier Tech boutique, a corporate concierge service, training rooms, an architecture that encourages innovation and links between team members, yoga classes and much more!Do these words spark your interest?Do your eyes light up when you read about this great opportunity?
