A career as a Product Owner in the Real Estate business strategy team at National Bank means acting as an orchestrator of the end-to-end execution strategy for real estate projects. Your job

  • Act as a Product Owner (PO – according to the Scrum/Agile methodology) for the real estate project portfolio
  • Be responsible for the delivery and contribute to the realization of the roadmap of real estate projects
  • Act as an orchestrator, slice and sequence a target vision to maximize value delivery by taking into account constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors
  • Build and manage the product backlog that allows you to achieve the business vision and prioritize the MVP (minimum viable product) based on business value
  • Accompany and support adaptation to change, obtain buy-in from others and manage resistance to change
  • Continuously make improvements and fixes to the product to improve the experience to meet current and future needs.

Your team

The Real Estate business strategy sector is more than 40 experts who work in an agile, proactive and collaborative way to seize opportunities and continuously improve processes. Within the sector, you are part of a team composed of 2 POs and 2 market development advisors who report to the Senior Director and who work in matrix with several internal experts. The team is primarily responsible for ensuring the end-to-end execution of real estate projects, from site search to operational delivery.

Prerequisite

  • Industry-related bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience OR Industry-related master's degree and 4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in solution delivery as a Product Owner (P.O.)
  • Ability to work in Agile mode: Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and deliver without having all the specifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and build credibility with senior executives from different business sectors
  • Comfortable in a role of influencing and managing stakeholders
  • Excellent ability to synthesize at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding goals
