ClickHouse is looking to hire an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the messaging and positioning that will resonate with prospective customers. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, field teams, and marketing to ensure alignment and drive the increased awareness and adoption of Clickhouse.What you will doDevelop comprehensive product marketing strategies and plans to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of ClickHouseCraft compelling messaging, positioning, and value propositions that resonate with customers and differentiate ClickHouse in the marketCreate high-impact marketing collateral, including website content, conference materials, presentations, and internal enablement contentCollaborate with the cross functional team to gather market insights and understand customer needsLead the launch of new products and featuresConduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, identify opportunities, and inform product and marketing strategiesEvaluate and iterate on this strategy with metrics and feedback from stakeholders to track efficacy, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendationsWhat you will bring5+ years of experience in product, product marketing, or a technical role at a startupStrong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, with experience and/or a deep interest in developing product positioning and messagingExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and conciselyAnalytical mindset with the capacity to leverage data and metrics to measure performance and inform decision-makingProven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneouslyTeam player who collaborates effectively across functions and levelsPassion for technology and innovation, with a drive to stay current on industry trends and advancementsDeep understanding of databases, particularly OLAPBonus PointsExperience in ML or observabilityExperience working at a startupFluency in SQLCompensation This role offers cash compensation and a stock options grant.
