GroupBy Inc. is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to join our growing team in Toronto. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing our industry-leading AI-first eCommerce Search and Product Discovery solutions market. Our company is growing and we have remarkable projects on the horizon. Can you help us reach our goals?

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Product Content Marketer will work closely with members of the marketing team as well as product, sales and customer success teams to align GroupBy as a leader in the eCommerce Product Discovery space. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Collaborate with Vice President of Marketing and senior leaders to develop the vision, positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation while ensuring that Marketing and Sales teams are aligned
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement product positioning in brand campaigns, acquisition/retention strategies, and sales enablement programsCollaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure effective product positioning and messaging resonates with customers
  • Work with sales, product and marketing to build sales tools such as ROI calculators
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature updates
  • Build and maintain buyer personas to drive customer segmentation and targeting – focus on optimizing the buyer journey
  • Create engaging content and sales enablement materials (e.g., white papers, blog posts, case studies, battle cards) that showcases the value proposition of our solutions and educates target audiences.
  • Manage and optimize product messaging across all marketing channels (website, social media, email, etc.).Focus on building brand awareness by positioning our SMEs on external platforms via speaking engagements at tradeshows, podcasts, webinars, etc.
  • Perform market, competitive, and customer research and create sales enablement materials that reflect findings
  • Advise and work closely with the Demand Generation Manager to help drive the marketing plan and find our buyers
  • Manage external vendors: Content, Digital, Reviews
  • Support sales training efforts; train them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users
YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE
  • 3+ years of SaaS Product Marketing and strategy experience, preferably for enterprise software products
  • An expert at crafting, driving, and managing go-to-market strategies across a variety of channels for acquisition, enablement, content, and lifecycle marketing
  • Effective communicator, writer, and cross-functional team leader - Very strong written communication skills
  • Strong research and analysis skills and can distill data into actionable business insights - with focus on the development and execution of ‘voice of customer’ research
  • Diligent eye for design, is skilled at wordsmithing and is committed to quality
  • A self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably with a Marketing emphasis or equivalent work experience
