Job Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Product Manager to join our CASE & AMA (Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants, and Elastomers & Advanced Materials and Additives) team to manage a portfolio of key suppliers. In this role, you will have the autonomy to manage a diverse supplier portfolio to meet sales, inventory, and profitability objectives. You will have the opportunity to interface with industry-leading suppliers regularly and develop a growth pipeline by collaborating with our sales team.Responsibilities:Maintain and grow relationships with existing suppliers, achieving growth objectives, and exceeding their expectations.Participate in industry and supplier events.Collaborate with Account Managers to develop sales and new business, including joint customer visits and presentations.Provide market intelligence and sales updates to satisfy supplier requirements, including presentations and product promotion campaigns.Negotiate supplier costing and establish selling prices for the sales team.Manage customer forecasts and inventory to meet working capital targets and satisfy customer requirements.Work closely with the internal operations team to ensure effective communication and optimize the customer experience.Meet internal reporting requirements and contribute to the development of improved systems and processes.Share best practices for improvement and lead or assist in special projects to meet various business needs.Why Join Us?Growth Opportunities: Contribute to a rapidly growing company and develop your career.Innovation: Work with industry-leading suppliers and cutting-edge products.Collaboration: Be a central part of a team that values communication and teamwork.Sustainability: Join a company committed to sustainable practices and solutions.Qualifications:Experience in product management, particularly in the CASE & AMA market.Strong relationship-building skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt quickly.Willingness to travel within North America as needed.If you are ready to take on a new challenge and make a significant impact within our team, we want to hear from you!
