Our client, a North American venture-backed HR tech startup, which has scaled to $100M ARR and a workforce surpassing 400, is pursuing ambitious growth. Our client is looking to add a brand new Lead Product Manager to their Employee Engagement SaaS organization. In this role, you will own the roadmap for their suite of Performance Management SaaS platforms, with a strong focus on 0 - 1 activities. 5 - 7 years' experience in Product Management within a B2B SaaS environment, with a focus on Enterprise-grade, cloud-based products. ~ Experience with new product development and launch, ideally dealing with a non-technical customer base. ~ Previous experience with HR, Human Capital Management or Employee Engagement SaaS will be a huge plus.
