Job Overview: Responsible for locating product in the DCs to support efficiency in order processing using data and analytics. Work in alignment with regional Distribution Centers. This role is considered direct labor. Leadership participates in the daily tasks and responsibilities alongside their team. Responsibilities Inventory Management Plan and execute dynamic binning prior to inventory arrival to support efficiencies in order fulfillment Prepare for and participate in annual inventory audit Plan and execute annual season pack up at end of replenishment season Recognize unproductive inventory and work with Flow Fulfillment to solution Participate in cycle counts Daily shift reporting and weekly updates on any projects Product Information Management Guide the team and participate in completion of checking product dimensions and ensure all items and bins are accurately profiled in MMS Guide the team in checking UPC, product dimensions and case pack issues and communicate with the Vendor Compliance Coordinator to address deficiencies Create slots as required in MMS using data and analytics to support product flow Inventory Optimization Review all the departments in the DC and dissociate any skus that are discontinued, non – replenish, i nactive and unavailable items Investigate pick exception related to non-binned product and outstanding put away Plan and execute binning of rebalance items to support efficient turn around Run queries to make sure that each sku in each department has only one location Create reporting to communicate and monitor progression of improvement initiatives Support efficiency and continuous improvement through project participation and leadership, using data and analytics to locate items Positively communicate and demonstrate the company’s Core Values Qualifications High School Diploma 3 years warehouse work experience, 3 years in a leadership role Laid back atmosphere Work-life balance *Only those selected for an interview will be contacted.
