Position Summary: Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Design, the Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation of design solutions, from concept to completion, in a wide range of graphic applications including collateral materials, signage graphics, media publications, brand identity, packaging, video and multimedia interfaces and tools. There is both a B2B and B2C focus across all lines of business. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign and Illustrator, is essential. This is a contract role with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position in the future based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities: Design and produce high-quality marketing collaterals, including brochures, posters, and digital assets. Develop creative and engaging social media posts and reels for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. Conceptualize and execute video content for various platforms, ensuring consistency with our brand voice and style. Create and update product sheets, feature sheets, postcards and signage graphics. Design and update business cards and other corporate identity materials. Develop email templates that are visually appealing and effective in communication. Create and update PowerPoint presentations for events, ensuring a professional and polished look. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and develop new ideas and concepts for campaigns and promotions. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all marketing channels. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and impact of our marketing materials. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. Ensure appropriate copyright and licensing is respected and obtained for any creative developed or publicly displayed. Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility guidelines, making content usable for all audience members. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing team. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of marketing collaterals, social media posts, and video content. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines. Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and best practices. Preferred Skills: Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles. Familiarity with social media analytics and metrics. Bilingual in French & English is an asset for translation tasks.
