As a Product Designer with a focus on UX/UI within our clients booking software company, you will be pivotal in designing intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces that elevate the overall user experience while demonstrating high quality front-end development skills. Your expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design will be essential in creating seamless and engaging interactions for customers. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, you will play a key role in shaping the design and functionality of the booking software platform.Responsibilities:1. Design and Development:Mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc., and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Principle, Framer).Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Proficiency in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.Understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).Familiarity with APIs, data structures, and technical constraints to ensure designs are feasible.Ability to read and understand technical documentation.2.User Experience (UX)/User Interface (UI) Design:Deep understanding of user interface (UI) design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.Ability to create intuitive and visually appealing user experiences (UX) that meet user needs and business goals.Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.3.Communication and Presentation:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively.Ability to create compelling presentations and demos to showcase prototypes to technical teams.Experience collaborating with developers and other stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on designs.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills and successful website projects.Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and wireframing/prototyping tools (Sketch, Figma, InVision, Principle, Framer).Solide experience using React and Angular.Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to implement designs using front-end frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Foundation).Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and applying UX/UI design principles to create engaging digital experiences.Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Why Join:Opportunity to shape the future of software development by driving innovation.Work in a collaborative, thought-provoking environment that champions diversity of thought.Showcase your skills on a global stage, influencing the user experience of millions.Constant learning and growth through exposure to cutting-edge technologies.Competitive compensation package and benefits, reflective of your expertise.If you’re excited about redefining the boundaries of React development, we’d love to hear from you.
