Aquanow is looking for a talented Product Designer to join our technology team. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate Product Designer to work alongside a highly experienced team and contribute to the design and development of a high-growth blockchain technology company.Duties & Responsibilities:Reporting to Lead Product Designer, you will work closely with product team including Product Owners/Managers, Project Managers, Developers, and QAConceptualizing and contributing to a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy and usage flow for the web/mobile appProducing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypesProviding advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behaviorExperience interviewing users and conducting user-centered research when necessary - being the champion for the user is a shared responsibilityScheduling regular design reviews with developers to ensure consistent implementation.Contribute and support ongoing development of of design system using Figma and other design toolsRequirements:Product UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio capturing design process.Must have at least 2 years of industry experience working with cross functional teams and working with business and technical stakeholders.Must have some experience designing web applications as opposed to marketing websites.Comfortable with ambiguity and working across several projects when necessary.Strong understanding of current UX/UI trends, technical requirements and best practicesAbility to work under minimal supervisionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPassionate about design and solving problems in order to improve and simplify cross platform experiencesMust have experience using Figma.Bonus pointsExperience with designing B2B web applications.Experience with design system tools and design asset management tools like Storybook, ZeroHeight or similar.Industry experience in Fintech.Work locationHybrid environment.
