We are seeking an intermediate Product Designer to join our talented team and contribute to the development of our cutting-edge operating system. As a Product Designer, you will simplify complex user stories into intuitive interfaces, empowering users to fully utilize our platform. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and the design team to ensure a seamless blend of design and functionality. In addition, you will champion user research and implement user experience research methodologies across the product development lifecycle. Your expertise in design systems will also be instrumental in establishing and maintaining a cohesive visual language for our product. What you'll do at gaiia

Contribute to the overall strategy and decision-making regarding product direction. Assist in delivering and refining clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities Work cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, customer-success team and stakeholders, to gather requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions. Create, collaborate, and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals. Support a robust design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across the product. Contribute to a startup culture by bringing accountability, autonomy, and a focus on fast delivery to the team. Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Product Designer or a related field supported by a strong portfolio and case studies that showcase your design skills and process. Expertise in designing interfaces for complex web applications or software products particularly in areas such as workflows, CRM, invoicing, and fufillment management, with a focus on B2B software. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Figjam and user testing tools. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs into intuitive and visually appealing design solutions. Experience with various research methods, mixed-method research, A/B testing and agile development practices Excellent communication skills with the capacity to create alignment across multiple teams, including design, product, and engineering. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, embracing ambiguity and demonstrating adaptability. Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and prioritize work effectively Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to context-switch across different streams of work. Bachelor's degree in user experience design or a related field is a plus.
