The House of Commons Digital Services and Real Property is currently looking to staff the Product Delivery Manager position. As a Product Delivery Manager within Digital Media and Connected Systems, you will lead product delivery teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, drive the roadmap, and ensure the successful delivery of high-value features. Collaboration with stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize features, all aimed at providing an exceptional customer experience, will be your focus. You are dedicated to continuous product improvement, which involves monitoring and refining components, coordinating backlog priorities, and swiftly resolving impediments that might hinder task completion. Building and maintaining robust stakeholder relationships is paramount; you will align product development with our business strategy, manage non-functional requirements, and address technical debt. In close partnership with the business and clients, you'll prioritize features, assess their value, and develop user stories, all while efficiently resolving product-related issues and providing necessary documentation. Collaboration with fellow Product Delivery Managers is crucial to ensure work synchronization, minimize duplication, and support the overall product strategy. Lastly, you lead identifying and analyzing technical requirements and translating the product strategy into actionable roadmaps. Managing the resources and budgets of the product delivery team will be a critical aspect of your role, contributing to the formulation of long-term business plans and budgets. Qualifications

Education: Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, OR an acceptable combination of education, training and experience related to the work. Experience: Experience working in a professional EISS (Enterprise Integrated Security Systems) equipment and Connected Systems Environment; Demonstrated leadership and experience in EISS (Enterprise Integrated Security Systems) equipment and connected systems, such as physical security controls, access controls, intrusion detection and motion sensors, keyboxes, video surveillance; Experienced and comfortable communicating with a variety of different audience levels within the organization; Experience providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders; Experience managing processes and projects with multiple stakeholders and uncovering process improvements; Experience in implementing process and project activities into tools, e.g. Azure DevOps; Experience in creating templates to automate processes into tools, e.g. Azure DevOps; Experience in managing processes in ITSM tools, e.g. assist and ServiceNow. Assets: Experience leading and/or managing multidisciplinary teams; Knowledge of various technical equipment (Intrusion, Access Control, Video Surveillance, Physical Barriers, Intercoms, key boxes, connected sensors -such as cameras & Communication devices, Cabling); Knowledge of the principles of electronics; Knowledge of how to assemble equipment racks: reading plans and technical diagrams, and thermal, cable and electrical systems management; Experience and/or training in programming systems; Lenel, Genetec, Milestone, TRAKA, Bosch, Jupiter, Raritan; Knowledge of the principles of network computing (types of routers and switches, basic IP, MAC).
