Job Description

As a Product Analyst at CONFORMiT, you will be a key member of the product management team, and a major player in the customer success team. Your main mission will be to deploy your skills in real-time data processing and modern data architectures to analyze customer behavior, resulting in significant improvements in customer experience and business results. You'll develop advanced analytics solutions to understand product usage and customer activity, create and manage multiple product KPIs, develop a deep understanding of product health and customer experience, and guide the company in making strategic decisions.Saguenay (Québec) or Home Office (Canada or Worldwide)Apply Analyze user behavior to assess and improve feature effectiveness. Identify and leverage data to strengthen product adoption, loyalty, user engagement and monetization. Design and automate advanced dashboards, and define relevant KPIs to measure product performance. Perform complex data analysis, optimize data pipeline performance and make recommendations based on predictive and descriptive models. Design code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability and best practices. Work closely with the product management team to feed it with data to help prioritize future enhancements and features. Maintain and optimize data pipelines from internal databases and SaaS applications, employing the DataOps philosophy. Your profileRequired Qualifications Professional experience using Python, Java or Scala for data processing (Python preferred). 3+ years experience in data analysis, including the use of machine learning models for predictive analytics. 2+ years experience with optimizing functionality metrics and implementing A/B testing. Hands-on experience implementing ETL (or ELT) best practices and using data pipeline tools (Airflow, Luigi, Azkaban, dbt). Proven ability to translate data insights into strategic actions for product management. Proven proficiency in the use of advanced SQL, and in the development of BI dashboards with tools such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with non-specialists. Required Skills and Abilities Mastery of advanced artificial intelligence techniques.
