Our client, a financial institution, is seeking a Product and Campaign Analytics Specialist to join their team on a 6-month contract with possibility of extension/convert to full time.
This position offers a hybrid (flexible)/remote work arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Compile operational guidelines for analytics and reporting
- Aid strategic analytics projects
- Offer and execute solutions for business challenges
- Refine and manipulate data for analysis purposes
- Engage with stakeholders to meet objectives
- Provide specialized support and analytical insights
- Independently troubleshoot issues
- Develop plans for data flow implementation and streamline processes
- Identify opportunities for automation and oversee projects
- Apply industry-standard methods for big data organization
- Improve workflows through procedural enhancements
- Contribute to crafting intelligence solutions
- Contribute to operational program design
- Formulate processes and instructional materials
- Assist in training and transitioning operational procedures
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of intermediate-level experience in data analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office and strong technical skills
- Familiarity with data preparation, analysis, and statistical tools such as SQL, SAS, R, and Python
- Previous banking experience
- PMP designation considered an asset
- Experience in marketing or campaign management is beneficial
