Reporting to the Produce Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following: • Demonstrate the day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, brand and focus on safety • Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience- in person, on the telephone • Properly prepare products to Lake Country Co-op standards while maintaining production records • Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department • Maintain and display all types of produce according to department standards • Continually monitor code dates to ensure the freshest inventory on the shelf at all times; follow FIFO • Perform other duties as assigned • Embody our values of Honesty, Innovation, Responsibility and Respect.
