Job Description
Assists the construction team with program roll outs.
Responsible for procuring all assets and ensuring proper inventory levels are maintained.
Coordinates the delivery of equipment required for projects.
Research and negotiate pricing on new equipment and services Bulk Purchase’s (Beverage, Pastry etc.)
Approves all procurement and warehouse related invoices.
Manages and works closely with the Maintenance & Construction team on Purchase Order processing.
Manages and advises cost reduction plans.
Responsible for all warehouse equipment, supplies, shipping/receiving, inventory tracking, and expenses
Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day warehouse activities.
Responsible for ensuring MM Depot inventory levels are at an optimal amount to support operations.
Responsible for overseeing all warehouse staff and assets.
Requirements
3-5 Years of related experience required
Experience in a retail convenience industry environment preferred.
Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor the message and delivery to a wide range of internal and external stakeholder groups
Valid driver’s license required.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft programs, strong Excel a must
Detail-oriented, self-motivated
Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
