Job Description

Our client, a large financial institution, is looking for a Procurement Contact Centre Analyst for an initial 6-month contract. This role is hybrid with 2 days a week in office in Toronto.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Receiving and actioning requests from ServiceNow to make changes to process
  • Perform and complete system tasks as needed.
  • Supplemental help to other team accountabilities as required

Qualifications:

  • MS Office knowledge (including Excel)
  • Technical aptitude (comfort in working with applications and platforms and able to understand how they work)
  • Desire to learn/fast learner
  • Completion of post-secondary education
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Customer service/support experience
  • FI experience
  • Coupa experience
