The Procurement Analyst role will report directly to the Director of Procurement and be responsible to collaborate with key stakeholders from cross functional teams such as Sales, Supply chain, Finance and Suppliers to consolidate and analyze procurement data.
THE MANDATE:
• Analyze and provide explanations for major cost drivers associated with all Sales Price Quotes
• Update procurement master price list as per company guidelines
• Track weekly costing deliverables and work directly with sourcing managers to close any GAP`s
• Update Material forecast report on a monthly basis
• Setup, maintain and Reconcile ERP purchase agreement balances with suppliers
• Attain sign off for all purchase agreements as per company matrix.
• Consolidate and prepare summary report for all contracts quarterly, and work with Sourcing Manger to compile commentary.
• Maintain procurement savings log and prepare month end reporting
• Complete PPV analysis and assist sourcing manager to consolidate monthly commentary.
• Provide timely supporting analysis for forecasting/budgeting inputs.
• Manage vendor terms action log
• Manage and reconcile supplier rebate program
• Maintain supplier documents, contracts, NDAs and all other documents in SharePoint
• Support sourcing managers and Procurement Director with ad hoc analysis as required
• Attend Non Conformance reviews, maintain procurement actionable items and assist sourcing manager with supplier collections as required.
• Assist Sourcing Manager to prepare monthly Contract Utilization Report
THE CANDIDATE:
• University or college degree in a relevant discipline
• Intermediate Excel skills required
• Ability to multi-task and analyze data in a fast-paced and results driven environment.
• Experience in manufacturing industry is a strong asset.
• Strong self-motivation and the ability to work both independently or with a team
• Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
• Works collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills, sets priorities and meets deadlines
