Your newpany Hays Specialist Recruitment has partnered with a largest Canadian ship repair and constructionpany located in Hamilton, ON. We are looking to hire a Procurement Administrator to join their team on a contract basis of 2 months, which has the possibility of extension. This candidate will be working from their hybrid Hamilton Office on a full time basis. Your new role Invoice Management:Receive invoices from payables.Print and match invoices to the corresponding purchase order package.Flag any discrepancies or issues requiring action.Purchase Order Support:Assist in filing purchase order packages and packing lists as they arrive.Collaborate with the Purchasing Specialist to request quotes from suppliers.Administration Tasks:Handle other administrative duties as required.Maintain accurate records and documentation.What you'll need to succeed Some familiarity with payables and accounting processes.Basic excel skillsAttention to Detail:High level of accuracy and thoroughness.Decision Making:Ability to make informed decisions based on guidelines.Adaptability:fortable with repetitive work.
