Visit us at UST.com.You Are: The Process re-engineering execution squad is a team focused on setting the definition for process re-engineering, process mining, and tracking/measurement of benefits. This team will also be hands-on with the marquee programs, support other teams with specialty skills/tooling, and track the progress overall.The Opportunity:Build the overall firm discipline around process improvement.Partner with various internal stakeholders to provide business analysis support and consulting for modem process improvement tooling.Work in partnership with technology and business teams to understand existing processes and develop appropriate solutions, keeping in mind any dependencies and end-to-end process impacts.Manage marquee programs as prioritized by our sponsors/stakeholders.Liaise with other process improvement teams to help design and implement redesigned processes and tools.What you need:7+ years of experience in Financial Services particularly with technology, or operations experienceGeneral knowledge of process improvement frameworks (Lean, Value Stream Mapping) and or exposure to process management and automation tooling (UIPath)Strong executive presence with the ability to interact with a wide range of senior stakeholders across the firm.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across the organization.Ability to gather and synthesize information from multiple stakeholder groups (including end users) to enable decision-making (background in program management a plus)Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills to assist with data analysis and building presentations for senior management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to take a problem statement and solve it with a set of clear and concise business rules.Bonus points if:You have a background in program managementCompensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience.
