You will be a critical part of the Business Optimization team and responsible for end to end delivery of improvement projects with a clear focus on savings and ROI. The individual will lead initiative identification, design thinking, requirement documentation, solution implementation, and change management for their process improvement initiatives.
What you’ll do
- Define operational value streams, identify gaps/opportunities, remove roadblocks, and continuously improve existing solutions.
- Gather requirements and lead design thinking with business stakeholders, and own technical requirements for implementation.
- Leverage technical expertise for project planning, resource management, system/technology/validation, testing, and implementation planning.
- Manage complete execution of automation, AI, and productivity initiatives on time and within budget to deliver the defined savings for the year.
- Prioritize a pipeline of opportunities to drive efficiency and improve consumer/customer experience using available technology ops while continuously looking for new technologies and solutions.
- Build stakeholder relationships, deliver ops readiness plan, and drive communication for continuous improvement philosophy and quality culture.
What experience you need
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in a fast-paced matrix environment.
- Process engineering background.
- Extensive knowledge of process improvement tools and methodologies.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure.
- Ability to manage technical implementation through the SDLC cycle.
- B2B and B2C Operations/Delivery know-how.
- Expert knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
