- Delivering productivity savings and improving line/area reliability.
- Applying process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
- Conducting research to incorporate best available techniques into processes
- Interpreting financial results and variances, and preparing standard costs
- Leading cross-functional teams through new product introduction activities
- Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions
- Providing support to management in strategic and tactical planning
- Coaching and developing operational personnel
What you have:
- Post-secondary accreditation in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineerin g
- Experience with change management principles
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing Tools and Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office and ERP systems
- Operational knowledge of process equipment and controls
- Familiarity with GMP standards and experience in a regulated environment
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Demonstrated commitment to safety
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Superior analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Adaptability to changing priorities and ability to work independently or in a team-oriented environment
