Our client is a boutique consulting firm of top-notch Financial Services technology professionals.They have expert knowledge in the Capital Markets, Wealth & Investment Management, and Retail Banking sectors, offering their clients a winning combination of business and technical expertise.Their hands-on approach combines the rigor of business-driven frameworks and methodologies with the flexibility of a senior team, giving clients a superior level of customization.They have engaged ROSS ( ) to search for a Principal.

ROSS is a team of People Specialists helping companies align their People Strategy with their business growth.We provide remote or onsite HR and Recruitment solutions such as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), complimented by leading edge open-source HRIS software.

You are a seasoned Technology consultant within Financial Services who has been responsible for securing and delivering large-scale software implementation and integration projects. You have proven yourself in a consulting environment as someone who clients' trust and seek counsel from. Your natural instincts are to identify and grow new business through your company's service offerings resulting in exceeding organizational targets.

Customer satisfaction is paramount to our clients' continued success and they require a leader that exemplifies exceptional customer empathy and focus.

Location: Our client's Canadianhead office is located in Toronto with a second office in Montreal . This position will be based out of the Montreal office. There isoccasional North American travel . You must be able to travel to the United States .

Position Details: Principal

You will use your extensive experience to excel in two key areas: Project Delivery and Revenue Production.This will include managing resources effectively, adhering to compliance, managing the organization effectively and ensuring that your team has high utilization rates.

You will establish new customer relationships, and dive deep into existing relationships in order to grow revenue.You have built a solid reputation as a Trusted Advisor to large Financial Services organizations. You have d emonstrated expertise in leadership, software implementation/integration Program/ Project Management, Business Analysis and the Delivery of large projects. Your expertise is complimented by a solid understanding of the Canadian Financial Services industry and you possess a collaborative, high energy and creative working style. In addition, you have:

  • 10-20 years experience in Financial Services within Capital Markets, Wealth and Investment Management.
  • Solid consulting experience delivering successful software implementation/integration projects.
  • A proven track record of strong relationship building and revenue growth is an asset.
  • Excellent writing, editing, communication and executive-level presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • University degree (preferably at post-graduate level); an MBA is preferable.
  • Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset, but not mandatory.
