Principal Engineer Position at WSP

WSP is currently seeking a Principal Engineer to join our Mechanical and Electrical Healthcare department, located at our Thornhill office. This position will be responsible for and actively involved in winning and delivering M&E projects in the GTA and Western Ontario. The Principal Engineer maintains WSP's position as a leading services provider through promoting the company's vision, participating in industry-related activities, and maintaining and developing the local client base. The successful candidate is recognized as a motivating leader with a proven ability to mentor management team members, have a genuine commitment to the firm's values, and manage client relationships.

While the Principal Engineer does not have direct reports, the position entails involvement in the day-to-day operations of the group in all aspects, in various capacities - technical, financial, and administrative.
