Search / Principal advisory consultant - business casing and economics Principal advisory consultant - business casing and economics The successful Candidate will support the delivery of multiple strategic advisory mandates for both public sector and private sector clients with potential roles covering structured decision making, economic impact assessment, cost benefit analysis, options assessment/ appraisal, and leading and developing business cases for major infrastructure projects. The role will grow and strengthen the Advisory offer primarily in Toronto, but also in the Eastern regions (US and Canada). Typical Work Will Involve Leading/supporting business case development. This includes providing support to existing Mott MacDonald projects and seeking new opportunities in the North America market. Leading/supporting a range of projects with structured decision-making and options assessment/appraisal mandates. Supporting public sector clients in understanding and articulating the potential economic benefits from infrastructure programs and projects, helping to justify the case for investment, this can form the basis of undertaking a cost benefit analysis for interventions, or a funding application. Helping to develop and disseminate business case expertise among our North American business, and our key clients. Training and mentoring staff on business casing best practices. Supporting and leading the preparation of proposals. Supporting initiatives for the regional and global business.
