WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
Responsibilities
- Be part of an international Pricing Team that is focused on delivering results while not forgetting to have a laugh on a daily basis
- Research, Audit, and Process customer credit requests resolving any discrepancies working closely with our customers and sales teams
- Evaluate and take action on customer claims based on product circumstances, specifications of original order, order errors, etc.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support and improve the credit process and skills of teams
- Provide analytical and data content associated with credits, supporting multiple teams
- Build and manage innovative tools to add efficiency to the processing of claims
- Assist customers (distributors) to ensure claims are submitted correctly and timely
- Data stewardship for customer master data and customer hierarchy
- May be required to perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or Economics highly preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in one or more of the following areas; analyzing data in pricing, sales, finance, or marketing
- Advanced experience with Excel & PowerPivot, SAP. Experience with Pricefx and Tableau is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to utilize strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interface with people at all levels within and outside the organization
- Detail oriented and organized to complete tasks with energy, drive and follow through
