Job Description

JOB SUMMARY The Guest services agent will be responsible, amongst other things, for the following: Receive and process individual reservations (telephone, online, travel agents), respond to emails addressed to booking, be the primary contact with travel agencies (commission checks prints, follow-up with accounting). Meeting all customer expectations and performing various administrative tasks. Process check-ins and check-outs, register transactions and meet all customer expectations.
