Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work on lading the development of retention and recruitment strategies for healthcare professionals within Healthcare institutions.
Must haves:
- 10+ years of Project Management experience within healthcare or public sector environments
- 5+ years of experience working within Healthcare environments (Acute Care, Primary Care, or Long Term Care) as a project manager
- 5+ years of experience in human resource management developing recruitment and retention plans and strategies for healthcare employees
- 5+ years of experience with developing change management strategies and plans
- 3+ years of experience developing data models and reports
- 1+ years of experience working within labour unions as stakeholders
- 1+ years of experience with working with education institutions on recruitment and retention strategies for recent graduates
Nice to haves:
- Certification in Project Management
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or management
