Let’s give you a purpose: 

Manage and implement great experiences using our SaaS and cloud platforms.

Design, develop, and maintain the core infrastructure components or our platform, ensuring high reliability and performance.

Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of platform components.

Guide the implementation of integrations between critical technology solutions into our SaaS offering.

Create "Golden Paths" patterns to enable consistent, scalable, and secure software development and infrastructure best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requires and translate them into robust, scalable platform solutions.

Implement automation and monitoring soutions to ensure the smooth operation of the platform.

Continuously identify and resolve platform-related issues, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and improve system performance.

Perform technical audits and assist with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on the platform.

What you’ll bring along:

First-principles thinking - you have a strong desire to understand any topic at a deeper level than most and are unsatisfied with decisions based on convention or unjustified assumptions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

6+ years of experience in IT, Systems, Network, Cloud, DevOps, Site-Reliability Engineering or similar roles.

Minimum of 2 years experience as a Platform Engineer or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (eg., Python, TypeScript, Go, Rust, Java or similar).

Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS) and related services (e.g., Auth0, Okta, Cloudflare, or similar).

Solid understanding of infrastructure automation and DevSecOps/GitOps patterns (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Chef, Pulumi)

Proficient in Linux environments, containers, and shell scripting.

Proficiency in network and system administration, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and operations & security monitoring.

Knowledge of NIST, CIS, SOC2 and ISO27001 standards and their implementation.

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Strong planning skills with a proven track record of delivering incrementally.

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest security and compliance standards.

Nice to Have:

Experience hardening operating systems and containers to meet standards and best practices: MacOS, Linux, and Windows.

Understanding of disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity processes.

Experience with various SaaS solutions, including GitHub Enterprise, CircleCI Vercel, Sentry, DataDog, Cloudflare, and Auth0/Okta Customer Identity Cloud is preferred.

Experience with cloud platforms like AWS is preferred, but Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is nice to have.

Professional certifications such as Security+, CSX-P, CISM, CISSP, CSSLP, CCSP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Technical certifications such as AWS Cloud Engineer, Network Engineer, or equivalent are highly desirable.
