Join Queen's IT Services as a Platform Architect and make a profound impact on the future of constituent engagement or in the protection of Queen's digital assets. We are currently hiring a Platform Architect to support our Enterprise CRM (ECRM) rollout.

The Platform Architect plays a pivotal role within the ECRM Team, serving as a crucial asset to both our business and technological stakeholders. As an integral member of the team, you will offer direction, insights, and mentorship, drawing upon your extensive expertise in application management and large-scale platform implementations/operations to help grow our ECRM platform while supporting student engagement and experience.

The Enterprise CRM integrated platform includes industry leading technologies such as Salesforce Education Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sprout Social, Microsoft PowerBI, and Microsoft Azure. Capabilities continue to expand and include Self Service Student Portals, Recruitment and Admissions. You will have both the opportunity and requirement to continue to develop your skills within a leading Higher Ed ecosystem.

This position provides a wide spectrum of design support to create or modify a platform including researching and promoting an understanding of business requirements and proposed technological solutions, and facilitating decision-making. This position oversees the development of platforms, including the creation and integration of dashboards, workflows, third-party integrations, and custom applications.

This position plans, develops, and oversees all technical tasks for configuration and implementation of out-of-the-box platform components. This position also provides subject matter expertise and support to diagnose, support, and resolve platform issues. The Platform Architect will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop technical strategy and best practices in alignment with the ECRM Roadmap. You will be part of the discovery and implementation of new features such as AI enabled Data Cloud and the opportunity to make a difference.
