In this role, you will be instrumental in driving the success and productivity of our factory operations.Join us as we revolutionize textiles and shape a brighter future together!What you will do:Lead and oversee all operational aspects of the factory, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to quality standards. Manage and coordinate staff activities, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring optimal performance. Develop and implement systems and processes to maximize productivity, safety, and product quality. Establish and monitor metrics, performance targets, and key performance indicators for effective return on assets. Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a compliant and safe working environment. Conduct screening, interviews, and manage the onboarding process for new hires. Provide guidance and training to staff as needed. Maintain and manage the factory's facilities and equipment, overseeing repairs or replacements when necessary.What we need from you:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience 7+ years in a management role within a manufacturing environment. In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for operating a Plant. Strong understanding of business and management principles, including budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources. Proficiency in manufacturing operations, project planning, cost control, and program management. Familiarity with safely and efficiently operating manufacturing equipment. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong leadership and managerial attributes. Proficient with software applications and computer technology.
