Our Head Office is in Markham, Ontario, with additional manufacturing facilities in Los Angeles, South Korea and China.This North American opportunity, based in Markham ON, Canada, is truly unique and one that can take your career to the next level.The Plant Manager is responsible for the efficient operation and oversight of the production team at our Markham facility. This role involves managing the production floor to ensure schedules are met safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively, while maintaining high-quality standards. The Plant Manager will develop and train staff, prepare capacity plans, create and monitor KPIs, and develop operational SOPs.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee production, planning, execution, and quality control operations.Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules and labor plans using ERP and Microsoft Excel.Lead daily and weekly production meetings with production staff and customer success teams.Supervise employees to ensure production schedules are met, adhering to established standards and objectives.Train operators to meet safety and quality standards.Materials Management - oversee the receiving of raw materials and the transfer of finished goods to the required departments.Health & Safety: Ensure all Health & Safety and QC/QA policies and procedures are understood and followed.Develop and implement procedures to improve production efficiencies and train personnel. Lead and initiate continuous improvement initiatives.Mentor and develop direct reports, conduct performance reviews, and establish goals and objectives aligned with organizational focus.
