REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Candidates who meet or exceed the following criteria will receive preferred consideration:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or other related discipline
- 10+ years’ experience in a progressive management role, preferably in sheet metal manufacturing or related industry
- Strong ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent analytical ability and with high attention to detail
- Demonstrated skills in delivering year to year financial results
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
- Commitment to employee training and development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
- Strong commitment to Continuous Improvement
