CSG Talent are currently looking for a Plant Maintenance Supervisor with experience in quarry operations including rock, gravel, cement and other construction materials. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for measuring and improving key metrics which includes safety, productivity, resources, and labor. This role is perfect for someone with a desire to work on 7 days on 7 days off schedule and it comes with with a competitive base salary between $100,000 - $120,000 and bonus up to 20% The offered base salary will be determined based on the successful candidate's relevant experience, skills and competencies.Full relocation services for candidates from Canada only Purpose of the RolePlant Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and coordinating the day-to-day maintenance, installation, and repair of plant equipment and machinery; and for supervising and supporting the maintenance personnel. About YouPosition requirements include, but are not limited to:Red Seal Certification. A millwright is ideal. Trades Qualification, or Engineering educational background Minimum 5 years' experience in a supervisory roleHeavy industry manufacturing experience like mining, aggregates, cement, petrochemical AccountabilitiesEnsuring compliance with all safety, quality, schedule and security requirementsPlan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery.Oversee training and supervision of staff in conjunction with the Training department.Meet departmental KPI's including availability and schedule compliance.Work closely with other entities of Maintenance and the site to support business and growth.Supporting the Maintenance Managing the daily activities of the Maintenance DepartmentGuiding, coaching & mentorship of Maintenance employeesDemonstrating continuous efforts to improve proceduresManaging crews and job tasksGenerate daily Maintenance Reports
