Our team reviews and enrols new employee applications and member reinstatement to Chambers of Commerce Group Insurance Plan® and ensures changes are processed in a timely manner. For many of our clients and their employees, this will be their first experience with Johnston Group and Chambers Plan, and our goal is to exceed their expectations of our industry-leading customer service.
As the successful candidate, you will receive and process new employee and reinstatement applications for Chambers Plan. In addition, you will follow up with Plan Administrators or Advisor offices for any missing information or to obtain additional information. You will also be responsible for identifying any applications that will require medical underwriting and will forward on to the Underwriting department for review. You will also assist the firms’ Plan Administrators in completing the online enrolment process, email employee certificate booklets, and answer the Advisor phone line.
