The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, managing kitchen staff, creating menus and recipes, and ensuring the quality of the food. The Chef will work closely with the restaurant manager to maintain a high level of food quality and consistency while adhering to health and safety standards.Qualifications2 Years experience, Secondary school education Cooking DiplomaKnowledge of various cooking methods, recipes, and ingredientsExperience managing kitchen staff and ordering inventoryStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksAttention to detail and adherence to health and safety standardsFlexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysAbility to speak multiple languages is a plus
