Reports to: Rehabilitation Services Director
Description: Responsible for providing Physical Therapy Services under the Colorado Physical Therapy State Practice Act. Examines, evaluates, assesses and treats patients primarily in outpatient orthopedic along with treatment in acute care, skilled nursing, and pediatric. Administers physical therapy interventions in an effort to restore function and prevent impairment and disability following injury, disease or musculo-skeletal dysfunction. Ensures documentation for services is provided timely and accurately.
This opportunity is a mixed case load 75% outpatient, 25% inpatient. Flexible scheduling and most therapists work 4, ten hour days. Great opportunity to work and play in a mountain community.
This position also involves performing Athletic Trainer duties within the community to provide services to area schools and community events per established schedule cooperatively determined by partnering entities and MPH supervisors. Manages and administers ImPACT concussion testing for school athletes and community members.

Compensation: $39.00 to $51.00 per hour Housing Stipend available for residents of Grand, Summit and Jackson County.
