Job Title: Scrum Master FR/EN (bilingual)

Overview:
As a PHP Senior Developer, you bring extensive experience and advanced skills in web development to the team. You are proficient in PHP, and have a deep understanding of its frameworks such as Laravel, Gatsby, etc. and CMS like WP, Drupal, TYPO3, etc..

Your role involves leading the development of robust, scalable, and high-performing web applications, ensuring best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and expertise in PHP development.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex web applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into projects when appropriate.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with PHP and its frameworks
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, etc.
• Proficient in database management, particularly with MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Project management skills, including knowledge of methodologies such as KANBAN and AGILE
• Practical experience with project management tools such as Jira
• Ability to discuss and lead a project in EN or FR
• Understanding of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
