Your responsibilities include: Community Leadership: Actively promote Rexall's positive image by participating in community business groups and health and wellness initiatives. Patient Care: Provide professional advice on prescriptions, healthy living products, services, and OTC products, fostering excellent customer service and loyalty. Staff Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate all pharmacy staff to ensure optimal staffing and efficient operations. Qualifications to succeed: Licensed Pharmacist in Province of interest Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team.
