Job Description
My client is a reputable independently owned mid-sized insurance brokerage that is looking to hire a RIBO licensed individual with experience servicing personal lines insurance customers.
Title: Personal Lines Account Manager
Location: Downtown Toronto, Hybrid
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients servicing their Personal Lines needs
- Answer calls, quoting, process change requests
- Up selling and cross selling where appropriate
- Provide exceptional Customer Service
Requirements:
- RIBO licensed
- Minimum of 2 years of Personal Lines Insurance experience as a CSR for a brokerage
- Team oriented
- Ability to come up with solutions to problems and make decisions
- Run with minimal direction after training period
- TAM knowledge is preferred
