Personal Insurance Services and Office Manager - Kitchener Reporting directly to the SVP of Personal Insurance and Private Client Services on Personal Lines operations, and reporting directly to the Regional VP on branch, personnel matters, and office management.Key duties will include:Managing all aspects of the personal insurance & administrative teamsProviding service excellence on an assigned book of VIP personal insurance clientsLeading and motivating the team in order to meet organizational goals and objectivesScheduling and monitoring office attendanceHandling escalated calls from your team and team inquiries with the aim of a positive resolutionTraining, mentoring and development of the teamManaging performance of individual team members and implementing corrective solutions as may be requiredParticipation in hiring new team members and related onboarding processesEnsuring adherence to all processes, procedures and service guidelines Collaborating with the Personal Lines management team across the organizationRequired Qualifications & Skills:Superior time management and organizational skills to manage competing prioritiesStrong abilities with respect to Agency Manager (TAM) and/or EPIC, and MS Office productsA minimum of 10 years Personal Lines brokerage experienceA minimum of 5 years management within the insurance industryIndustry designation(s) preferred, such as CAIB & CIPRIBO License, active and in good standingA Valid Drivers licence, with a personal vehicle available for periodic business usQualified applicants may submit their resume to: hr@krg.comRRJ Insurance Group Limited is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to a workplace reflecting the diversity of the communities it serves.
