Job Description
Personal Insurance Services and Office Manager - Kitchener
Reporting directly to the SVP of Personal Insurance and Private Client Services on Personal Lines operations, and reporting directly to the Regional VP on branch, personnel matters, and office management.
Key duties will include:
Managing all aspects of the personal insurance & administrative teams
Providing service excellence on an assigned book of VIP personal insurance clients
Leading and motivating the team in order to meet organizational goals and objectives
Scheduling and monitoring office attendance
Handling escalated calls from your team and team inquiries with the aim of a positive resolution
Training, mentoring and development of the team
Managing performance of individual team members and implementing corrective solutions as may be required
Participation in hiring new team members and related onboarding processes
Ensuring adherence to all processes, procedures and service guidelines
Collaborating with the Personal Lines management team across the organization
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Superior time management and organizational skills to manage competing priorities
Strong abilities with respect to Agency Manager (TAM) and/or EPIC, and MS Office products
A minimum of 10 years Personal Lines brokerage experience
A minimum of 5 years management within the insurance industry
Industry designation(s) preferred, such as CAIB & CIP
RIBO License, active and in good standing
A Valid Drivers' licence, with a personal vehicle available for periodic business us
