**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our GFKS Team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


**Responsibilities:**

- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for GFKS Team.

- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

- Conduct research and compile information as needed for various projects and initiatives.

- Assist with personal tasks as requested, such as errands, shopping, and household management.

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.


**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

- Discretion and confidentiality are essential.


**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Minimum a Diploma in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

- Previous experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
