Job Description

What You'll Bring to the Team 5 years of experience in HR, organizational development, or related fields, with a focus on program management and Total Rewards Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices. Certification in HR (, CHRP) is a plus. Ability to work in a scaling, startup environment where you will need to switch contexts quickly, build, iterate, and communicate your plans to key stakeholders: from senior leaders to the full company Proven track record of designing and implementing successful people programs and initiatives. Experience building Global Total Rewards strategies, including market analysis, salary band development, and salary review cycles. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR initiatives. HR tech stack in Total Reward, HRIS & surveys.
