Robert Half Accounting Contract is seeking a Senior Payroll Manager to join a growing technology company located in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a 10 month contract with potential to extend, 100% working remote. As the Senior Global Payroll Manager, you will lead a team of payroll specialists and oversee payroll processes for our global workforce. You will play a crucial role in integrating payroll systems and ensuring seamless operations across multiple countries.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of 2 Payroll Specialists and 1 Team Lead.Oversee payroll for 1500 employees across multiple regions including MX, Australia, Canada, US, UK, France, Italy, Romania, Belgium, Singapore, Japan, and India.Manage software integration projects, including the integration of TalkWalker.Lead transformation projects to align payroll with Netsuite ERP and build Workday process improvements.Provide team oversight and support, ensuring the best interests of the payroll team are conveyed.Handle terminations and new hiresManage RSU options and Total Rewards programs.PCP Required5+ years of experience processing high volume payrollProven experience in payroll management, preferably in a global context.Strong understanding of payroll software integration.Experience with Netsuite ERP and Workday.Ability to lead and support a team without micromanaging.Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
