Role: Payroll Team Lead
Duration: Permanent
Location: Mississauga , ON (On-Site)
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Bonus
Our client , a large publicly traded organization located in Mississauga are looking to hire for a Payroll Team Lead
Your New Role
The Payroll Team Lead will work closely with the Payroll Manager and will oversee the processing of payroll for 2000+ hourly/salaried staff on a bi-weekly basis. The Payroll Team Lead will analyze data and prepare reports for all activities within payroll operations in addition to supporting on payroll system upgrades , troubleshooting and testing. The Payroll Team Lead will support the training and mentoring of existing payroll staff.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
The Payroll Team Lead will need to hold a PCP/PLP certification as well as having at least 7 years of full cycle payroll administration experience. The Payroll Team Lead will need to have experience of using UKG/Ultipro software and will ideally have prior experience within a team lead role.
